For this loft stage, the goal was to create an inspirational, downtown, modern, eclectic, bright and welcoming feel. The owner was able to do her own de-cluttering that allowed for a staging that focused on bringing the best out of this space, using the owner’s own accessories and furnishings. Only the black dining chairs did not originally belong to the owner. The loft sold firm within 4 days and was believed to be a new record price per square foot for the building!
