Sarah Gosevitz

 

An experienced, passionate and tenacious creator, I bring imagination and beauty to life. From inception to final product, I am energized and inspired by the entire creative process. As a Commercial Graphic Artist and Designer I have brought my talents to the world of fashion, publishing, advertising, entertainment and spatial design. 

My love of retail space design has allowed me to work on window displays, merchandising and organizational designs. Working with the owner of The Devil’s Workshop (jewellery store) I created seasonal windows, visually merchandised jewellery and upscaled the overall look and feel of the store’s interior and exterior. I was the Visual Merchandiser for the brand Perry Ellis at the The Bay’s 3 flagship Toronto stores. With my love of creating I have designed furniture, each created to fit the space with the desired needs of form and function. 

I have art directed and designed for top companies such as Joe Fresh (pattern graphic design), The Bay (Intermediate Art Director, Beauty & Cosmetics), ROGERS (Canadian Tire The WOW Guide, Walmart LiveBetter magazine (Editorial, Advertising Design), Nelvana, Corus Ent. (patterns, graphics, concept pitches, marketing/licensing design, heritage brand Babar)Fun 2 Play Toys (styleguide creation, marketing/licensing design, brand Poo-nicorns)

Beyond a proven track record of extraordinary results, I have earned a reputation for being a delight to work with. Currently working on my own design projects and freelancing for a variety of clients, I continue to inspire and innovate within my field.

Creative Services Babar Team went above and beyond what was expected in the rebranding and relaunch of Babar. Our team was small, cohesive and exuded great levels of TEAMWORK by pushing one another creatively to establish a new benchmark for style guides within Nelvana and Corus. With the majority of our time spent focused on the relaunch of Babar, our team still had to fulfill other responsibilities supporting other brands and style guides for Marketing, all the while retaining a high standard of excellence in our work. Our team displayed the ability to change skill sets quickly and effectively among one another, with the end result being worldwide licensing deals.
